The East End Citizens Advice Bureaux can offer specialist Debt Advice directly to clients of companies, charities, social and private landlords and community clubs site. We can discuss ways of installing Debt Advice at places like Customer Services and Community Centres in different format. Debt Advice can help with:

• speeding up money recovery of rent and other priority bills
• looking at ways of managing debt
• improving one’s financial situation for the future.

Social Welfare Advice

The changes in welfare legislation have left many organisations struggling to be kept up to date and meet client enquiries. Installing a Social Welfare Advisor will bring multiple benefits to your clients including support with:

• Family breakdown
• Being behind with bills and building priority debts
• Income maximization and understanding of changes in benefits
• Unemployment and work contracts
• Housing (social & private including difficulties with meeting mortgage payments)
• Store card debt as well as use the opportunity for signposting, referrals and appointments at our Bureaux for specialist guidance including Legal Aid.
